I’m John Aaron Nelson. I’ve built software and led engineering teams for more than 15 years, and I run my own studio on Hermes Agent every day.

- Calendly, Senior Full Stack Engineer: drove organization-wide AI adoption (+100% usage) through talks, enablement and internal tooling; growth experiments worth more than $1M in ACV.
