A real agent team, running a real business.
This is how my own studio runs on Hermes. Customer names and data are left out; everything else is how it actually works today.
An AI webmaster audited five sites in an afternoon
I asked for a full audit of five production websites: every page, plus a code review. A webmaster agent split the job into 13 tickets on a Kanban board. Worker agents ran them in parallel, signed in as a test user, reproduced bugs in a real browser, and wrote a report per page. A final ticket merged everything into one ranked fix list.

One daily report, not twenty dashboards.
A chief-of-staff agent reads the boards, the inbox and the other agents’ work every morning. It relays only what needs me: decisions, approvals and anything that changed. When nothing needs attention, it stays quiet.

Agents take tickets. People approve.
Every agent has written rules for what it may do alone (small, reversible fixes) and what needs a yes (security, money, deleting anything, customer-facing copy). Those rules are part of every Rollout.
Other agents in the studio
Customer concierge
Answers customers on WhatsApp, recognizes who they are from the CRM, and turns requests into website edits or tickets.
News reader
Syncs feeds, cleans articles into readable text, and researches headlines on request.
Monitors
Health checks across sites and servers that alert only on a real change, with backoff, so nobody learns to ignore them.
