Hermes Agent Training
Training

Workshops built on your work, not a generic demo.

Every session starts with an intake, so it covers your tools, your workflows and your team’s skill level. Every session is recorded, and every attendee leaves with something working.

Curriculum

What the foundation sessions cover

  1. How Hermes thinks. Sessions, memory, context files and SOUL.md: making the agent sound like your team.
  2. Skills. Turning a procedure into a skill the agent reuses and improves.
  3. Tools & MCP. Giving agents safe access to your systems, with approval gates.
  4. Schedules & channels. Cron jobs, Telegram/Slack/WhatsApp, and alerts that only fire when something changed.
  5. Teams of agents. Profiles, subagents and a Kanban board where agents take tickets and humans approve.
  6. Operating it. Credentials, logs, costs, updates, and knowing when an agent should stop and ask.
